ORDERS AND RETURNS

fizik.com orders can be returned for any reason within 15 days of the original delivery date. Returns are free for all countries, and you can return all or part of your order if you bought multiple items.

All returned products must be returned undamaged without any signs of use and complete with packaging, labels, manuals, and any other items included in the original package. If any of these conditions are violated, we may choose to refuse the return.

We can only accept purchases made directly from fizik.com. If you have purchased a fizik product via a third party retailer, please reach out directly to them to arrange your return.

Simply go to our returns center by clicking HERE and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
