• The email address used for your order

• Your order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

The agent will handle your return and send you a prepaid return label.

ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER JULY 16

If you placed your order on or after Wednesday, July 16, you can complete your return independently using the new return form available HERE.
