Kit came with the necessary tool, which will be helpful for anyone who does not have it. Instructions were INCREDIBLY detailed, going so far as to even show what an INCORRECT installation looks like — this helps avoid mistakes and provides ability to troubleshoot unexpected results. All in all, it took me about 25 minutes total to replace the BOAs on both shoes and I was riding again right away.
