I have several fizik shoes. Right now I’m using 5 ,different styles both road and off road versions. All styles have been well built and lasted me forever. I have R1 knits used only indoors that look and feel brand new after 4 years. The only complaint I have about these is that they took a couple days to break in but now feel just as comfortable as any other Fizik shoe. They are very warm. Probably not a good summer shoe. For summer rain days I use Fizik Terra Atlas also still in great shape after lots of use.

Shopping for good shoes online is hard. The Terra clima x2 looked right for me from the description and pictures, but with no retail options to see it in person, the only way to try was to buy. From Italy. It worked out well. Good quality product that met my expectations. Good shipping. Only problem was sizing. These shoes were 1/2 size small after using the sizing chart from the web site. After a full return of the first pair with good shipping taken care of by fizik, and a new order with the correct size, I now have what I wanted.

Producto muy interesante, aparentemente aparenta buena calidad de materiales y construcción. No es un zapato 100% impermeable ni con protección contra el frío, protege de salpicaduras de agua y barro pero hay que usar calcetín impermeable para mantener el pie completamente seco. En cuanto a la talla compré una 45, aunque según la tabla de tallas me correspondía un 43,5. Obviamente la 45 me queda un poco grande pero para poder poner un calcetín gordo de invierno se agradece el espacio extra. Un 43,5 seguramente me hubiese quedado pequeño o muy ajustado. El calcetín que incluye el zapato es muy flexible, el pie puede entrar sin dificultades. Por destacar un aspecto negativo diría que el zapato tiene mucha altura en la zona de los dedos y la parte delantera del empeine y eso en mi caso, por ejemplo, provoca que el cierre BOA no asegure el pie a la perfección justo en ese punto. Para solventar ese problema unos cordones tradicionales funcionarían mejor.

These shoes are true to size. I’m a 43.5 in SIDI Drako and these are very close with a little bit more room in the toe box. They shed water well apart from the sock area that covers the upper ankle which it to be expected. Dirt and debris are kept out very well. Boa closure and Velcro are well-placed and provide good stability. Over all a very good boot. Highly recommend.

This is awesome boots for rainy weather. I bought them before 2-day bike packing tour and it was actually raining 3-4 hours each day and both days my feet were bone dry. They are also very comfortable and has grippy sole for times when you need to hike your bike.

They are the best MTB shoes I've had. I can't say enough about how much I love them. The Vibram soles are nice for walking for a hike-a-bike or just walking after a ride. The ankle gator keeps debris out as well as my previous pairs of high-top shoes, without the bulk of a high-top shoe. I ordered size 44. I normally order USA 10.5. The fit is as good as custom. My heel is totally locked in position and the sides and arch are perfect. There is a little extra room in the toe box which I will appreciate for the use of adhesive toe warmers when it's below 35 degrees. I use Crank Brothers Premium Brass Cleats with Crank Brothers stainless steel Shoe Shields, and the cleat is in the perfect position within the sole of the shoe. Fizik should make a bigger deal about the BOA system. It is a big reason the fit feels so customized. Also the BOA's have a lifetime guarantee. I broke one once and they replaced it. All I had to do was fill out an online form stating my personal information and what kind of shoes I had. Those shoes were by Lake and somehow they made me aware of the BOA guarantee.
