Europe, US & Canada: 1-3 working days

Order before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same working day (Mon-Fri excluding Italian public holidays).

We will ship your order with DHL Express Delivery.

RETURNS POLICY orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date by contacting us using our form here , specifying order's number in the e-mail subject.
Some restrictions apply:
- fi'zi:k Gift Cards
- fi'zi:k Customised Products (except for manufacturing defects)
- fi'zi:k Limited Edition products (except for manufacturing defects)
- fi'zi:k bundle deals (e.g. 'Buy a saddle, get a bar tape for free')

Fundamental condition for exercising the right to return is that the returned products must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, labels, manuals and everything else was included in the package.
Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and, in case of shoes, must not show any signs of cleat installation.

If the returns falls outside of the 30 days period or the items are affected by anyone of the previous defects or they are not in their complete and original packaging, fi’zi:k cannot accept the returned products and cannot give a refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within 30 working days after we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.
If you ordered a wrong size or color you can arrange your Exchange by filling out the quality control form here, specifying the reasons for returning your item. Needless to say, the products you send us back must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, according to the above-mentioned Returns Policy.


Please return any item purchased from that arrives to you damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered.


How do I return part of my order?

Products must be returned in their entirety and just not parts or components of them, even in case of kits.

There are items missing from my order, what do I do?

Please fill out the Quality Control form here, specifying what is missing.

My refund has not shown up in my bank account.

We'll refund your purchase price in full within 10 working days after we receive your package. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.
