Der TEMPO OVERCURVE R5 ist ein schnell anpassbarer Rennradschuh, der jedem Fahrer und jeder Fahrt gerecht wird.
Dieser Schuh wurde so konzipiert, dass er den wesentlichen zeitlosen Look und die vielseitige Leistung bietet, die jeden Ausflug zu einer angenehmen Fahrt macht. Die klassischen Merkmale eines Rennradschuhs wurden mit einer eindeutigen fizik Identität und einer intelligenten, formschlüssigen Konstruktion neu definiert.
Overcurve ist eine Schuhkonstruktion mit einem versetzten Kragen, der sich um den Knöchel legt und die natürliche Fehlausrichtung der beiden Vorsprünge des Knöchels nachzeichnet: die lateralen und medialen Malleolen. Das Ergebnis ist eine asymmetrische Form, bei der sich der Schuh über den Fuß von außen nach innen wölbt.
Der Verschluss ist schnell und sicher, angetrieben von einem mikroverstellbaren strongBOA IP1 Drehradstrong und einem Klettband für eine individuell abstimmbare Passform im Vorderfußbereich.
Die strongR5-Nylon-Composite-Außensohlestrong ist auch auf Langstrecken geschmeidig und komfortabel, ohne Kompromisse bei der Tretleistung einzugehen.

I've been using a form of the Tempo since I got my first pair of the discontinued Uomo R5 in 2017. These shoes just work for me and it helps that they look so svelte and stylish. I like the slimmed down look of these compared to other brands who use bulkier designs in the toe cap area. Fiziks are the only shoes that don't cause my bones fatigue or make my toes feel cramped. Fizik doesn't seem to add any shims on the insoles which is good for a neutral fit. They fit absolutely true to size and the sole is plenty stiff with minimal flex without being so stiff it causes aches. Note: do yourself a favor and order direct from fizik to ensure authenticity and fast shipping- those Bezos type sites are likely selling counterfeits(I returned several pairs because they did not feel or fit like real fiziks and even had questionable formaldehyde odors).

The quality and finish of the shoes is very good, really like the matte and shiny black on them. BOA does its job, shame it's just one per shoe, but, it is what it is.
Recommendations: if it's your first time buying a Fizi:k shoe, make sure to use their super helpful measure pdf to get the right size. I added - 5mm to my size and fits perfectly, has enough clearance for the longest days when the foot starts to swell.
