TENSOR SHOES COLLECTION
Mountain biking is a demanding sport on body, bike and equipment. From the wear and tear of riding rough terrain to the toll taken by wet weather, and of course, the inevitability of crashes. But without the spills, there just wouldn’t be the same thrills. Instead, smart mountain bikers know how to handle the sometimes-harsh reality of riding, selecting the right equipment that’s responsive when navigating tricky terrain while tough enough to bounce back when things go downhill a little too fast.
Enter fizik Tensor Gravity MTB shoes. Developed as part of a cross-industry collaboration between leading footwear designers, engineers and top MTB athletes, our Tensor line of trail shoes strikes the ideal balance between protection and control—robust enough to handle the hardest days on the bike while avoiding the overly bulky fit and feel of DH shoes of the past. Starting with smarter material choice, we set out to select the best lightweight and durable fabrics and materials with which to construct our trail-tough mountain bike shoes.
Understanding that the feet are a crucial point of connection between riders and their bikes, focus turned to creating a better Gravity riding outsole, one that combines the stickiest Vibram® XS EVO rubber compound with a zonal lug pattern. At the mid-foot, a low-profile tapered tread allows for an immediate connection with the pedal pins, while under the heel and toe, a deeper tread provides better grip when hiking with your bike.
For the ultimate locked in fit, Tensor shoes feature our Powerstrap closure coupled with a classic ergonomic lace-up pattern. An armored toe-box and raised inner ankle add extra protection against the bumps and bruises of rowdy riding. Available in both flat-pedal and clipless configurations, take to the trails with Tensor today.
