Shipping

All fizik.com orders are shipped with express delivery.

• Europe, US & Canada: 1–3 working days
  
• Rest of the World: 2–4 working days
  

Orders placed before 10:30 AM CET (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays) will be dispatched on the same working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and estimated delivery date.

At the moment shipping is free for all orders on fizik.com.
Here the standard shipping costs across the different geographical areas:

• EU: Free shipping on orders over 100€
  
• US & Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100
  
• UK: Free shipping on orders over £100
  

For orders below these thresholds or for other destinations, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Kindly note that the final amount you have to pay is just the checkout amount. So, there will be no extra tariffs or customs duties. They are already included in the checkout amount.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If your order has not arrived yet, please contact our customer service, providing your order number. We will be glad to contact our courier and speed up the delivery.

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s) from our carrier. Usually tracking number take up to six hours to be updated.
