Return
You can return any item within 15 days from the delivery date.
You can complete the return independently, using our return portal. Insert your order number and email to start the procedure. Complete the different steps, by selecting the products you want to return.
At the moment returns are for free. Once you will complete the return process, we will send you a prepaid label to use to return the items.
We always do pay for the return transport cost, regardless the country of origin.
The only conditions are:
- the product was purchased on www.fizik.com;
- the purchase dates back to earlier than 15 days ago;
- the product is still as brand new, with no signs of use/cleats installation/rails installation onto the seatpost.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, fizik will process the refund within 14 days from the receipt of the return or of proof of shipment, using the same payment method used for the original order.
We do not offer exchange option at the moment. You can return the products for free at the following link.
In the case of returns, Fizik covers all customs duties and charges, both for imports and exports. You will not be responsible for paying any customs fees related to your return shipment. If you need further assistance, click here to receive further assistance.
