Warranty conditions

All fizik products are covered by a two-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This warranty applies to any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years, provided the product was used under normal conditions and maintained properly.

Contact our Customer Service via https://www.fizik.com/pages/contact and select "Quality Claim" as subject;

Purchased from a retailer or distributor
Reach out to the seller directly or find your local distributor here: https://www.fizik.com/distributors

What you’ll need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Photos of the product and visible defect
  • A clear description of the issue

Resolution process:

  • If the claim is approved, fizik will choose to repair or replace the product at no cost.
  • If the item or part is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be provided.
  • fizik reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with the warranty conditions.
