fizik.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date by contacting us using our Return Form.
Some restrictions apply:
- fi’zi:k Gift Cards
- fi’zi:k Customised Products (except for manufacturing defects)
- fi'zi:k Limited Edition products (except for manufacturing defects)
- fi’zi:k bundle deals (e.g. "Buy a saddle, get a bar tape for free")
Fundamental condition for exercising the right to return is that the returned products must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, labels, manuals and everything else that was included in the package.
Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and, in case of shoes, must not show any signs of cleat installation.
If the returns falls outside of the 30 days period or the items are affected by any of the above mentioned damage or if they are not in their complete and original packaging, fi’zi:k cannot accept the returned products and cannot give a refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Fizik.com orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within 30 working days after we receive your package.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.
If you ordered a wrong size or color you can begin to process your Exchange by filling out the Return Form, specifying the wrong size or color for returning your item. Needless to say, the products you return must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, according to the above-mentioned Returns Policy.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please return any item purchased from fizik.com that arrives to you damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered.

How do I return part of my order?
Products must be returned in their entirety and just not parts or components of them, even in case of kits.
There are items missing from my order, what do I do?
Please fill out the Contact Us Form, specifying what is missing.
My refund has not shown up in my bank account.
We’ll refund your purchase price in full within 10 working days after we receive your package. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.
