ORDERS

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s) from our carrier. Additionally, you will receive a purchase invoice when your order has been shipped from fizik HQ.

SHIPPING POLICY

Europe, US & Canada: 1-3 working days
Rest of the World: 2-4 working days
Order before 10:30 CET and your order will be dispatched on the same working day (Mon-Fri excluding Italian public holidays). We will ship your order with express delivery.

We offer free shipping on all orders on fizik.com.

 

RETURNS

fizik.com orders can be returned for any reason within 15 days of the original delivery date by filling out the dedicated returns form here.

Returns are free for all countries, and you can return all or part of your order if you bought multiple items.

For gift cards, customized products (excluding manufacturing defects), and promotional bundles (e.g. "Buy a saddle, get free bar tape") returns are not allowed.

All returned products must be in new condition, complete with packaging, labels, manuals, and any other item included in the original package.

Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and, in the case of shoes, must not show any signs of cleat installation.

If any of these conditions are violated, we may choose to refuse the return.
